Founded in 2016 by Jamal Williams and Navoto Babitt, IMPOP provides assistance to at-risk youth and communities in need and empowers the self-sufficiency and well-being to become sustainable, independent and proud. Our grassroots approach allows those with established community trust and working closest with youth & families to identify critical needs (hunger/homeless) and deliver rapid tangible resources along with mentorship to navigate displacement.
